EQS-Ad-hoc: Nagarro SE / Key word(s): Forecast/Change in Forecast October 15, 2024 – The Nagarro SE Management Board today analyzed the January through September developments and consequently decided to revise the company’s guidance for 2024. The company now estimates the total 2024 revenue, calculated at today’s currency exchange rates and not including future acquisitions, to be in the region of €960 million. The gross margin as calculated by Nagarro's current method is expected to be in the region of 30% (comparable number per previous method: 26%), while the Adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to be over 14%.
