EQS-Ad-hoc: Binect AG / Schlagwort(e): Beteiligung/Unternehmensbeteiligung Weiterstadt, 04.11.2025. Zum Zweck der Geschäftsausweitung führt die Binect AG (ISIN: DE000A3H2135) seit einiger Zeit aktiv Gespräche mit strategisch interessierten Parteien zur Erschließung weiterer Wachstumsfelder, insbesondere im Bereich der Zukunftstechnologien rund um IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) und digitale Zustellung. Nach dem Abschluss der Sondierungsphase haben Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat heute beschlossen, die Gespräche mit ausgewählten Akteuren, die Produkte und Technologien in diesem Umfeld einbringen können, zu vertiefen. Diese würden ihrerseits sowohl von dem Software- und Service-Angebot als auch dem guten Markt- und Kundenzugang der Binect profitieren. Aus Sicht der Binect AG sind dabei verschiedene Ausgestaltungsoptionen einer künftigen Partnerschaft inkl. wechselseitiger Beteiligungen an Tochtergesellschaften denkbar.
