EQS-Ad-hoc: aap Implantate AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalerhöhung/Kapitalmaßnahme Der Vorstand der aap Implantate AG („Gesellschaft“) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von derzeit EUR 13.909.408,00 um EUR 788.150,00 auf EUR 14.697.558 durch Ausgabe von 788.150 neuen, auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien, jeweils mit einem anteiligen Betrag am Grundkapital von EUR 1,00 („Neue Aktien“), gegen Bareinlagen unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des genehmigten Kapitals 2024/I und unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre zu erhöhen („Barkapitalerhöhung“). Der Ausgabebetrag je Neuer Aktie beträgt EUR 1,34. Die Barkapitalerhöhung entspricht rund 5 % des bestehenden Grundkapitals. Die Ausgabe der Neuen Aktien erfolgt im Wege der Privatplatzierung an ausgewählte Investoren. Die Neuen Aktien werden ab dem 1. Januar 2025 gewinnberechtigt sein. Die Barkapitalerhöhung dient der Stärkung der Eigenkapitalbasis der Gesellschaft.
