mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG: Gräfelfing, 27.05.2026. Der Aufsichtsrat der mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung den Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft festgestellt. Das Unternehmen erzielte im Geschäftsjahr 2025 ein Ergebnis der normalen Geschäftstätigkeit von TEUR 16.901 (i.Vj. TEUR 7.014). Nach Abzug von Steuern in Höhe von TEUR 4.930 (i. Vj. 2.137) ergibt sich ein Jahresüberschuss von TEUR 11.971 (i.Vj. TEUR 3.494). Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat werden der Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft am 23. Juli 2026 vorschlagen, eine Dividende in Höhe von EUR 0,80 je dividendenberechtigter Aktie auszuschütten.
