STRATEGISCHE PARTNERSCHAFT MIT IRIS CAPITAL INVESTMENT Hierzu wird der Verwaltungsrat die Begebung einer 0 %-Wandelschuldverschreibung mit Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts in einem Volumen in Höhe von bis zu EUR 2,4 Mio. beschließen. Die Wandelanleihe wird mit einer Zwangswandlung zum Laufzeitende ausgestattet sein. Der Erlös der Wandelschuldverschreibung soll die Wachstumsstrategie der Gesellschaft unterstützen.
