Düsseldorf, 11.12.2025 – Die SYNBIOTIC SE (die „Gesellschaft“) hat heute beschlossen, von dem bestehenden genehmigten Kapital 2024 teilweise Gebrauch zu machen und das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von EUR 7.269.454,00 um bis zu EUR 187.500,00 durch Ausgabe von bis zu 187.500 neuen, auf den Namen lautenden Stückaktien mit einem anteiligen Betrag des Grundkapitals von EUR 1,00 je Aktie (die „Neuen Aktien“) gegen Bareinlagen zu erhöhen. Die Neuen Aktien sind ab dem 1. Januar 2024 gewinnberechtigt. Das gesetzliche Bezugsrecht der Aktionäre wird ausgeschlossen. Zur Zeichnung und Übernahme der Neuen Aktien zum Platzierungspreis in Höhe von EUR 1,60 wird die Ifm Independent Fund Management AG, Liechtenstein zugelassen Der Nettoemissionserlös aus der Kapitalerhöhung soll dem Wachstum der Gesellschaft dienen.
