München, 29. Februar 2024 Korrektur der Überschrift der Adhoc vom 29. Februar 2024, 16:00 Uhr, wonach ein erfolgreicher Abschluss einer Kapitalerhöhung (Vollplatzierung) vorliegt. Vielmehr sollte es in der Überschrift ausschließlich lauten, dass die Begebung einer Wandelanleihe beschlossen wurde.
