Karlsruhe / Berlin, 10. November 2025. Die IONOS Group SE beruft zum 15. November 2025 Patrik Heider zum Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Herr Heider folgt auf Britta Schmidt, die das Unternehmen zum Jahresende auf eigenen Wunsch verlässt. Patrik Heider wird zum 15. November 2025 Vorstandsmitglied der IONOS Group SE und übernimmt nach einer gemeinsamen Übergangsphase mit Britta Schmidt zum 1. Januar 2026 die Rolle als Finanzvorstand der Gesellschaft. Heider war zuletzt CEO der NFON AG, dem europaweit tätigen Anbieter für KI-gestützte Unternehmenskommunikation. Davor leitete er unter anderem die Software-Unternehmen Thinkproject und riskmethods als CEO und war Vorstandssprecher und CFOO der Nemetschek SE. Seine berufliche Laufbahn startete er nach dem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Fachhochschule Konstanz bei PwC Consulting. Später übernahm Herr Heider die CFO-Position bei der Hoffmann Group in München. Britta Schmidt verantwortet seit 2021 die gesamte Finanzorganisation, die Rechtsabteilung sowie den Bereich Investor Relations der IONOS Group SE. Sie hat maßgeblich zum erfolgreichen Börsengang im Februar 2023 beigetragen.
