CubeDoc SE erhöht Streubesitz auf gut 10 Prozent
Köln, 30. Oktober 2026 – Die CubeDoc SE (ISIN: DE000A3DXGY5) hat in Übereinstimmung mit ihrer Kapitalmarktstrategie den Streubesitz (Freefloat) auf nunmehr 10,3 Prozent erhöht. Im Rahmen eines Private Placements wurden insgesamt rd. 2,0 Mio. Aktien aus dem Besitz von Altaktionären und damit 1,8 Prozent des Grundkapitals durch institutionelle Investoren aus dem europäischen Ausland erworben. Mit dem gestiegenen Freefloat will CubeDoc die Liquidität der Aktie im Börsenhandel verbessern und so deren Attraktivität für Investoren weiter steigern. Für rund 85 Prozent des aktuellen Grundkapitals besteht eine Lock-up-Vereinbarung der Altaktionäre, deren Restlaufzeit noch mehr als 21 Monate beträgt.
