EQS-Ad-hoc: SMT Scharf AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalie SMT Scharf AG: Veränderung im Vorstand Hamm, 16. Dezember 2025 – Die SMT Scharf AG (WKN: A3DRAE; ISIN: DE000A3DRAE2) gibt bekannt, dass der Finanzvorstand (CFO) der SMT Scharf AG, Herr Volker Weiss, dem Aufsichtsrat mitgeteilt hat, sein Vorstandsmandat aus gesundheitlichen Gründen und im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen mit der Gesellschaft kurzfristig niederlegen zu wollen. Der bestehende Anstellungsvertrag soll einvernehmlich zu Ende März 2026 aufgehoben werden. Der Aufsichtsrat wird dem Wunsch entsprechen und hat bereits mit der Erarbeitung geeigneter Maßnahmen begonnen, einschließlich der Identifizierung qualifizierter Kandidaten für das Amt des Finanzvorstands (CFO).
