Juli 2026 – Die SMT Scharf AG (WKN A3DRAE; ISIN DE000A3DRAE2) gibt bekannt, dass der Aufsichtsrat Herrn Ingo Stober mit Wirkung zum 1. September 2026 für die Dauer von drei Jahren zum neuen Finanzvorstand (CFO) des Unternehmens bestellt hat. Herr Stober tritt die Nachfolge von Herrn Volker Weiss an, der sein Vorstandsmandat vorzeitig niedergelegt hatte. Mit dem Amtsantritt von Herrn Stober wird der Vorstand der SMT Scharf AG komplettiert und besteht künftig wieder aus drei Mitgliedern. Dem Vorstand gehören dann Herr Longjiao Wang (CEO), Herr Reinhard Reinartz (COO) und Herr Ingo Stober (CFO) an. Investor Relations
