November 2025 – Der Vorstand der FAVEOS SE (ISIN: DE000A3DCV33) hat mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats am heutigen Tag beschlossen, Finanzierungsoptionen, sowohl Eigen- als auch Fremdkapitalmaßnahmen betreffend, für die FAVEOS SE sowie auf Ebene der Tochter- und Projektgesellschaften zu prüfen. Die angestrebte Kapitalbeschaffung im mittleren zweistelligen Millionenbereich bis Ende 2026 dient schwerpunkmäßig der Umsetzung von selbst entwickelten Battery Energy Storage Systems Projekten (BESS-Projekten) sowie dem Ankauf von BESS-Projektrechten nebst anschließender Realisierung. Zur Bewertung der potenziellen Finanzierungsvorhaben wird die FAVEOS SE unabhängige Berater beauftragen.
