EQS-Ad-hoc: Mister Spex SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Berlin, 17. März 2025: Der Aufsichtsrat der Mister Spex SE hat heute beschlossen, den derzeitigen Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden Tobias Krauss mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2025 zum neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden zu bestellen. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wird sich der Vorstand der Mister Spex SE aus Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, der derzeit noch alleiniger Vorstand ist, als Finanzvorstand (CFO) und Tobias Krauss als Vorstandsvorsitzendem (CEO) zusammensetzen. Tobias Krauss wird sein Mandat als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender mit Wirkung zum Ablauf des 31. März 2025 niederlegen und zu diesem Zeitpunkt aus dem Aufsichtsrat ausscheiden. Sein Nachfolger als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender wird sein bisheriger Stellvertreter Herr Nicola Brandolese. Für die durch den Wechsel von Tobias Krauss in den Vorstand eintretende Vakanz wird der Aufsichtsrat der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 5. Juni 2025 einen Vorschlag unterbreiten.
