EQS-Ad-hoc: Mister Spex SE / Key word(s): Personnel Berlin, 17 March 2025: The supervisory board of Mister Spex SE today decided to appoint the current supervisory board chairman Tobias Krauss as the new CEO with effect from 1 April 2025. From this point on, the Management Board of Mister Spex SE will consist of Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, who is currently still the sole member of the Management Board, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Tobias Krauss as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Tobias Krauss will resign from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 31 March 2025 and leave the Supervisory Board at this time. His successor as Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be his current deputy, Mr Nicola Brandolese. The Supervisory Board will make a proposal to the Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2025 for the vacancy created by Tobias Krauss's move to the Management Board.
