Dezember 2025 – Der Aufsichtsrat der Cherry SE [ISIN: DE000A3CRRN9] und Herr Oliver Kaltner haben heute vereinbart, dass Herr Kaltner mit Ablauf seiner Amtszeit am 31. Dezember 2025 auf eigenen Wunsch aus dem Vorstand der Cherry SE ausscheidet. Herr Rogier Volmer wurde vom Aufsichtsrat in seiner heutigen Sitzung mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2026 zum Interims-CEO und Vorstandsmitglied der Cherry SE ernannt. Herr Kaltner wird das Unternehmen nach seinem Ausscheiden für eine Übergangszeit beratend unterstützen und dessen M&A-Aktivitäten begleiten.
