EQS-Ad-hoc: Cherry SE / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges München, 11. April 2025 – Die Cherry SE hat im Zuge der Aufstellung des Konzernabschlusses 2024 in enger Abstimmung mit dem Wirtschaftsprüfer Wertberichtigungen auf Vermögenswerte i. H. v. 28,6 Mio. EUR vorgenommen. Davon entfallen 7,9 Mio. EUR auf den Goodwill, 15,8 Mio. EUR auf sonstige Vermögenswerte des Anlagevermögens sowie 4,9 Mio. auf Vorräte. Die Vorratsabwertung wirkt sich dabei in voller Höhe auf die bereinigte EBITDA-Marge aus.
