Frankfurt am Main, 14. April 2026 – Der Vorstand der tokentus investment AG (die „Gesellschaft“) (WKN A3CN9R / ISIN: DE000A3CN9R8) teilt am heutigen Tage mit, dass im Zuge der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft per 31.12.2025 nicht zahlungswirksame außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen in Höhe von € 816.556,76 auf das Anlagevermögen und Wertminderungen in Höhe von € 296.744,91 auf das Umlaufvermögen vorgenommen werden. Die nicht zahlungswirksame Ergebnisbelastung für den Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft per 31.12.2025 beträgt ca. € 1,113 Mio. Auswirkungen auf die Liquidität der Gesellschaft ergeben sich hierdurch nicht. Grund für die Abschreibungen beim Anlagevermögen sind die Entwicklungen bei einzelnen Beteiligungen. Wegen des strengen Niederstwertprinzips beim Umlaufvermögen sind Wertminderungen vorzunehmen. Der vorläufige Jahresabschluss ist Gegenstand der Prüfung durch den Abschlussprüfer.
