Januar 2025 – Die HWK 1365 SE (ISIN: DE000A3CMG80) teilt mit, dass zwei ihrer Verwaltungsratsmitglieder, namentlich Frank Günther sowie Wolf Waschkuhn, sich in Untersuchungshaft befinden. Wolf Waschkuhn ist zugleich geschäftsführender Direktor der Gesellschaft. Soweit der Gesellschaft zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt bekannt, beziehen sich die Vorwürfe der Staatsanwaltschaft München I auf Vorgänge, die bereits einige Jahre zurück liegen und in keinem unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit der HWK 1365-Gruppe stehen. Eine durch die Staatsanwaltschaft erfolgte Durchsuchung in den Geschäftsräumen der Gesellschaft diente nach Einschätzung der Gesellschaft der Sicherstellung von Dokumenten mit Bezug zu beiden Verwaltungsratsmitgliedern.
