Düsseldorf, den 19.02.2025 - Die tick Trading Software AG (ISIN: DE000A35JS99, Symbol: TBX0) veröffentlicht heute ihren Bericht über das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 und lädt alle Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2025 ein. Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung findet am 04. April 2025, um 11 Uhr, im Ernst-Schneider-Saal, Ernst-Schneider-Platz 1, 40212 Düsseldorf, statt. Alle relevanten Informationen und die vollständige Einladung sind sowohl im Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht als auch auf der Webseite unter www.tick-ts.de/investor-relations/hauptversammlung verfügbar. Auf der Tagesordnung der Hauptversammlung stehen unter anderem die Vorlage des Jahresabschlusses und des Lageberichts für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 sowie der Beschluss über die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns, der in besagtem Geschäftsjahr 1.026.550,77 EUR betragen hat. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat schlagen vor, eine Dividende von 0,50 Euro je Aktie auszuschütten, was einer Steigerung von 11% gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht. Zudem endet turnusmäßig mit Ablauf der Hauptversammlung 2025 die Amtszeit von Matthias Hocke als Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats. Der Aufsichtsrat schlägt vor, Herrn Hocke erneut in den Aufsichtsrat zu wählen.
