April 2026 – Die tick Trading Software AG (ISIN: DE000A35JS99; tick-TS AG) erhöht die Prognose für das laufende Geschäftsjahr 2025/2026. So erwartet der Anbieter von Software für Wertpapierhandel und -abwicklung für das am 30. September 2026 endende Geschäftsjahr einen Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von TEUR 800 bis TEUR 1.200 (bisher: TEUR 600 bis TEUR 900). Die besser als erwartete Geschäftsentwicklung beruht zum einen darauf, dass der neue Geschäftsbereich Consulting bereits kurz nach dem Start mehrere Projekte gewinnen konnte. Zudem entwickelten sich die lastenabhängigen Erlöse im ersten Halbjahr besser als erwartet, auch wenn die hohe Volatilität am Markt aufgrund der veränderten Kundenstruktur einen geringeren Einfluss auf die Geschäftsentwicklung der tick-TS AG hatte als in Vorjahren.
