Düsseldorf, October 13, 2025 – tick Trading Software AG is expanding its service portfolio to include consulting services. By offering consulting services for companies in the financial sector, tick-TS AG is broadening its strategic focus and creating additional value for its customers.

"We have been very successful in software development for securities trading and securities settlement, as well as related services, for many years and have built up a strong reputation in the market. We are now building on this foundation with an additional line of business,“ says the new CEO Martin Lüttich, who joined tick-TS AG on October 1, 2025, after his career at HSBC Germany. ”The framework conditions in the financial industry are constantly changing and repeatedly present companies with new challenges. With its many years of industry experience, our team can deliver real added value in analyzing and overcoming these challenges."

The new consulting unit will support companies in successfully addressing technological and process-related challenges. The focus is on practical business analysis and project support along the entire value chain in the securities sector and the associated regulatory requirements. The consulting services offered by tick Trading Software AG not only include support and optimization in the use of its own products, but go far beyond that. They cover a wide range of topics, including customized project support for the integration of third-party software and the optimization and adaptation of business processes, among other things to comply with regulatory requirements.

To start with, two new colleagues with many years of experience in business analysis and the management of complex projects are joining the team. Both hold doctorates in physics and have pursued their careers to date at a major European bank, bringing with them sound consulting expertise and a deep technical understanding of the securities business, regulatory requirements, and IT.

With this expansion, tick Trading Software AG is pursuing its goal of strengthening its own market position in the long term and actively shaping the financial sector with tailor-made software solutions and consulting services.
