Altech Advanced Materials AG: Hauptversammlung stimmt allen Tagesordnungspunkten mit großer Mehrheit zu.
Heidelberg, 27.08.2025 - Die Aktionäre der Altech Advanced Materials AG („AAM“ oder das „Unternehmen“; ISIN: DE000A31C3Y4) haben auf der heutigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung allen Tagesordnungspunkten mit deutlichen Mehrheiten von über 98% der Stimmen zugestimmt. So wurde u.a. beschlossen, die beiden Beteiligungen Altech Industries GmbH für das Projekt Silumina Anodes und Altech Energy Holdings GmbH für das Projekt CERENERGY an die Altech Batteries Ltd., Australien („ATC“), zu veräußern (siehe Ad-hoc vom 27. Feb. 2025). Im Gegenzug erhält die AAM Aktien der ATC. Nach Umsetzung der Transaktion wird die AAM eine Beteiligung an der ATC von insgesamt rund 21 % halten. Die Umsetzung dieser Transaktion soll in Kürze erfolgen. Auf der Hauptversammlung waren insgesamt 62,38% des stimmberechtigten Aktienkapitals vertreten.
