VIB Vermögen AG verkauft Logistik-Immobilie in Großmehring Neuburg/Donau, 22. Dezember 2025. Die VIB Vermögen AG („VIB“), eine auf Entwicklung, Erwerb und Verwaltung von Gewerbeimmobilien spezialisierte Gesellschaft, gibt die Beurkundung des Verkaufs einer Logistikimmobilie in Großmehring im Rahmen eines Asset-Deals bekannt. Es handelt sich um den Logistikstandort Großmehring, Junkers-Ring 7, nahe der Autobahn A9 im direkten Einzugsgebiet von Ingolstadt. Der Standort wird an einen Europäischen Investor verkauft. Das Closing der Transaktionen wird im ersten Quartal 2026 angestrebt. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die Logistikimmobilie in Großmehring wurde 2021 fertiggestellt und gehört seither zum Eigenbestand der VIB-Vermögen AG. Die Grundstücksgröße beträgt 12.470 qm, die Mietfläche 7.068 qm. Es handelt sich um ein Single-Tenant Objekt.

Gleichzeitig gehören Verkäufe zur Gesamtstrategie. Zudem bietet die VIB umfassende Dienstleistungen und Lösungen im Bereich des Immobilienmanagements für institutionelle Investoren an und ist an Gesellschaften mit Immobilienvermögen beteiligt.
