Trostberg, 15. Dezember 2025 – Der Vorstand der Alzchem Group AG hat mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, über einen Zeitraum von bis zu 12 Monaten bis zu 70.000 Aktien der Gesellschaft zu einem Gesamtkaufpreis von bis zu 10 Mio. Euro (exkl. Erwerbsnebenkosten) über die Börse zurückzukaufen.
Der Rückkauf erfolgt zu dem Zweck, (i) die erworbenen Aktien als Akquisitionswährung einzusetzen, (ii) an Mitarbeiter der Alzchem-Gruppe auszugeben oder (iii) die Aktien einzuziehen. Andere gesetzlich zulässige Zwecke sind damit nicht ausgeschlossen.
Der Rückkauf erfolgt in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorgaben der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung 2024 und der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052. Die weiteren Details des Rückkaufs werden unmittelbar vor dessen Beginn gesondert bekanntgegeben.
