Zeitweilige Unterbrechung des Aktienrückkaufprogramms
Die Alzchem Group AG unterbricht das am 29. November 2024 bekanntgemachte Aktienrückkaufprogramm ab dem 19. Dezember 2024, um den Jahres- und Konzernabschluss 2024 auf der Basis stabiler Zahlen erstellen zu können. Die Wiederaufnahme des Programms erfolgt am 2. Januar 2025.
