Düsseldorf, 13. Februar 2025
Die pferdewetten.de AG (ISIN DE000A2YN777, DE000A3EX3Q9, DE000A30V8X3 und DE000A383Q70) gibt bekannt, dass die Bezugsfrist für die avisierte Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlagen zum Bezugspreis von 2,50 Euro je neuer Aktie aller Voraussicht nach spätestens am 27. Februar 2025 beginnen wird.
Einige Depotbanken haben den Aktionärinnen und Aktionären bereits zu Wochenbeginn das Bezugsangebot und die Zeichnungsscheine mit einer früher beginnenden Bezugsfrist zugeschickt. Die pferdewetten.de AG bittet ihre Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre, dieses Bezugsangebot nicht anzunehmen, sondern auf die erneute Zusendung durch ihre Depotbank in den kommenden zwei Wochen zu warten.
