Februar 2025 im Bundesanzeiger veröffentlichten Bezugsangebots erhielten die bisherigen Aktionäre der pferdewetten.de AG, Düsseldorf (ISIN DE000A2YN777, DE000A3EX3Q9, DE000A30V8X3 und DE000A383Q70) die Möglichkeit, bis zu 1.119.429 neue Aktien zu zeichnen. Der Bezugspreis je Aktie wurde vom Vorstand mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats auf EUR 2,50 festgelegt.
