Düsseldorf, 30. Januar 2026 – Das EBITDA der pferdewetten.de AG (ISIN DE000A2YN777, DE000A40ZTL5, DE000A30V8X3 und DE000A383Q70) wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 voraussichtlich rund minus 18,8 Mio. Euro betragen. Grund hierfür sind einmalige bilanzielle Anpassungen, die auf EBITDA-Ebene (oberhalb des EBITDA) ergebniswirksam zu erfassen sind. Die Effekte resultieren im Wesentlichen aus Wertberichtigungen auf Ausleihungen, insbesondere auf geleistete Anzahlungen, sowie aus Forderungswertberichtigungen. Insgesamt belasten diese Einmaleffekte das EBITDA 2024 mit rund 9 Mio. Euro. Am 14.11.2024 hatte der Vorstand noch ein EBITDA im hohen negativen einstelligen Millionenbereich erwartet. Der Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) lag 2024 bei rund 68,4 Mio. Euro. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 erwartet der Vorstand ein weiteres Umsatzwachstum von mehr als 20 % auf rund 55 bis 57 Mio. Euro. Die EBITDA-Guidance für 2025 in Höhe von plus 0,7 bis 1,2 Mio. Euro wird bestätigt.
