pferdewetten.de AG: BaFin leitet Anlassprüfung des Konzernabschlusses 2024 ein
Düsseldorf, 23. Juni 2026 Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat der pferdewetten.de AG (ISIN DE000A2YN777, DE000A30V8X3 und DE000A383Q70) mitgeteilt, dass sie eine Anlassprüfung des offengelegten Konzernabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2024 nebst des zugehörigen zusammengefassten Lageberichts gemäß § 107 Absatz 1Satz 1 des WpHG einleitet. Die Prüfung umfasst den Ansatz und die Bewertung aktiver latenter Steuern bei einer Reihe von Verlusten in der näheren Vergangenheit sowie den Ansatz und die Bewertung wertgeminderter Anzahlungen der Gesellschaft. Christian Gruber, CEO der pferdewetten.de AG: „Mit Schreiben vom 02.06.2026 haben wir der BaFin vorab bereits mitgeteilt, dass wir vollumfänglich an einem entsprechenden Bilanzkontrollverfahren mitwirken werden. Im 2024er-Testat unseres Wirtschaftsprüfers wird auf die beiden adressierten, schwierig zu bewertenden Positionen hingewiesen, die nun einer weiteren Prüfung durch die BaFin unterzogen werden.“
