Düsseldorf, 12. Juni 2025 – Der Aufsichtsrat der pferdewetten.de AG (ISIN DE000A2YN777, DE000A3EX3Q9, DE000A40ZTL5, DE000A30V8X3 und DE000A383Q70) hat in seiner Bilanzsitzung den Jahresabschluss und den Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 nicht gebilligt. Der Wirtschaftsprüfer der Gesellschaft hatte den Bestätigungsvermerk - wie bereits am 20. Mai 2025 gemeldet - versagt. Der nicht gebilligte Jahresabschluss 2023 und der nicht gebilligte Konzernabschluss 2023 werden der Hauptversammlung zum Zweck der Billigung bzw. Feststellung vorgelegt. Die Einberufung der Hauptversammlung wird in Kürze erfolgen.
