EQS-Ad-hoc: Knaus Tabbert AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Der Aufsichtsrat der Knaus Tabbert AG hat im Rahmen der heutigen ordentlichen Aufsichtsratssitzung den Vertrag mit CEO Wolfgang Speck, der ursprünglich Mitte dieses Jahres ausgelaufen wäre, bis Ende 2026 verlängert. Damit bleibt der erfahrene Manager für knapp drei weitere Jahre Vorstandsvorsitzender der Knaus Tabbert AG.
Die bisherige CFO Carolin Schürmann wird das Unternehmen zum 31.03.2024 aus persönlichen Gründen verlassen. Die CFO-Aufgabenbereiche Accounting & Steuern, Controlling, Kalkulation, IT & Organisation sowie Investor Relations werden geordnet übergeben und künftig von CEO Wolfgang Speck übernommen. Im Zuge der Übernahme der CFO-Funktion durch CEO Wolfgang Speck verkleinert sich der Vorstand auf drei Personen.
