Circus hält erfolgreiche Hauptversammlung 2026 ab und treibt globalen KI-Robotik-Rollout weiter voran München, 21. August 2026 – Circus SE (WKN: A2YN35 / ISIN: DE000A2YN355 / XETRA: CA1) hat gestern ihre ordentliche Hauptversammlung als virtuelle Veranstaltung abgehalten, bei der rund 49 Prozent des Grundkapitals vertreten waren. Die Aktionäre stimmten allen elf Tagesordnungspunkten mit signifikanten Mehrheiten zwischen 97,78 und 99,37 Prozent zu. Nach ihrem kommerziellen Markteintritt im vergangenen Oktober ist die Gruppe auf Kurs, bis zum Jahresende mehr als 50 autonome KI-Robotersysteme in neun Ländern im Einsatz zu haben und damit die weltweit größte vernetzte Flotte autonomer Versorgungssysteme zu betreiben – vollständig gesteuert durch die eigens entwickelte KI-Plattform CircusOS. In seinem Jahresbericht bekräftigte Gründer und CEO Nikolas Bullwinkel seine ungebrochene Zuversicht in das Wachstum von Circus' globalem autonomen Robotiknetzwerk. Er hob dabei die Entwicklung der intelligenten Zutaten-Lieferkette, das anhaltende Wachstum der KI-Software für die Robotikflotte sowie die weitere Expansion bei Unternehmenskunden in den Sektoren Verteidigung, Gesundheitswesen, Infrastruktur und Einzelhandel in diesem Jahr hervor. Die Produktionskosten des CA-1 wurden im Jahresvergleich um mehr als 25 Prozent gesenkt, und die Serienproduktion der kürzlich erworbenen CA-A-Technologie soll bereits in diesem Jahr beginnen – womit sich das Dual-Use-Robotikportfolio des Unternehmens auf drei patentierte Systeme erweitert. „Das Ergebnis dieser Hauptversammlung gibt uns ein klares Mandat, unsere Technologie und den Rollout weiterhin in einem starken, aber nachhaltigen Tempo voranzutreiben und unsere marktführende Position weiter zu stärken.
