Circus erweitert Aktienhandel auf US-Markt über ADR-Struktur München, 8. Januar 2026 – Circus SE (ISIN: DE000A2YN355 / XETRA: CA1), ein globales KI-Robotik-Unternehmen, hat in den USA ein gesponsertes Level-I-American-Depositary-Receipt-(ADR)-Programm aufgelegt. Über diese ADR-Struktur können Circus-Aktien ab sofort von US-Investoren gehandelt, lokal abgewickelt und in US-Brokerage-Konten gehalten werden, während die Hauptnotierung weiterhin an der deutschen Börse XETRA besteht. „Das gesponserte ADR-Programm unterstützt unser Ziel, unsere internationale Investorenbasis auszubauen und gleichzeitig eine disziplinierte und kosteneffiziente Kapitalmarktstruktur beizubehalten“, sagte Nikolas Bullwinkel, Gründer und CEO von Circus. „US-Investoren zeigen ein stark wachsendes Interesse an unserer Aktie, und dieses Programm bietet einen direkten Zugang.“ Die Circus ADRs werden von der Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) ausgegeben und repräsentieren jeweils eine Aktie von Circus pro ADR.
