The Platform Group AG: Erwerb der Lyra Pet Plattform für Tierbedarf The Platform Group AG ist ein Softwareunternehmen, welches durch eigene Plattformlösungen in 26 Branchen aktiv ist. Zu den Kunden gehören sowohl B2B- als auch B2C-Kunden, zu den Branchen gehören unter anderem Möbelhandel, Maschinenhandel, Dentaltechnik, Autoplattformen und Luxusmode. Die Gruppe hat europaweit 17 Standorte, Sitz des Unternehmens ist Düsseldorf. Seit dem Jahr 2020 wurden über 24 Beteiligungen und Unternehmensakquisitionen vorgenommen. Im Jahr 2023 wurde ein pro-forma Umsatz von 441 Mio. Euro bei einem operativen Ergebnis (EBITDA bereinigt) von 22,6 Mio. Euro realisiert. Investor Relations
