The Platform Group AG: Erwerb der Luxusplattform Joli Closet, Paris Ziel der Übernahme von Joli Closet ist es, den Bereich Luxus der TPG weiter auszubauen und bei den bestehenden Luxus-Plattformen fashionette, Winkelstraat, Chronext und Brandfield den Bereich Vintage deutlich zu stärken. The Platform Group AG ist ein Softwareunternehmen, welches durch eigene Plattformlösungen in 26 Branchen aktiv ist. Zu den Kunden gehören sowohl B2B- als auch B2C-Kunden, zu den Branchen gehören unter anderem Möbelhandel, Maschinenhandel, Dentaltechnik, Autoplattformen und Luxusmode. Die Gruppe hat europaweit 18 Standorte, Sitz des Unternehmens ist Düsseldorf. Im Jahr 2024 wurde ein Umsatz von EUR 525 Mio. bei einem operativen Ergebnis (EBITDA bereinigt) von EUR 33 Mio. realisiert. Investor Relations
