München, 3. Dezember 2025 – Die Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) hat die Übernahme des Kranbereichs von JOST aus der 2024 erworbenen Hyva Gruppe erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die Transaktion stärkt das Segment Goods & Services von Mutares als neue Plattforminvestition. Der Geschäftsbereich Krane von JOST ist ein international etablierter Hersteller und Vertreiber von Kranen und umfassenden Dienstleistungen, der im Rahmen einer Mehrmarkenstrategie LKW-Krane für wichtige globale Märkte entwickelt, herstellt und wartet. Das Unternehmen erzielt einen Umsatz von rund EUR 100 Mio. und beschäftigt rund 400 Mitarbeitende. Es verfügt über Produktions- und Montagewerke in Italien, Brasilien und China sowie ein globales Netzwerk von Vertriebs- und Distributionsbüros, um die lokale Lieferung und den Kundensupport sicherzustellen. Das Produktportfolio des Unternehmens bedient verschiedene Branchen wie Gewerbe- und Wohnungsbau, Infrastruktur, Schiffsausrüstung sowie viele mehr und gewährleistet die erforderliche Flexibilität bei gleichzeitiger Kosteneffizienz und einem optimalen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
