Mutares hat die Übernahme der M3 Group in Schweden abgeschlossen
München, 1. Dezember 2025 – Die Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) hat die Übernahme von M3 Schakt AB, M3 Rental AB und Schaktförmedlingen Sverige AB („M3 Group“) erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die M3 Group ist ein schwedischer Anbieter von Transport-, Bau- und Maschinenvermietungsdienstleistungen, der sich auf Infrastrukturprojekte wie U-Bahnen, Straßen und Eisenbahnen spezialisiert hat und große private Bauunternehmen bedient. Die Transaktion ist eine Add-on-Akquisition für GDL Anläggning & Miljö im Segment Infrastructure & Special Industry. Für GDL Anläggning & Miljö bietet die Übernahme der M3 Group lukrative Synergien, eine strategische geografische Expansion sowie eine Stärkung aller Geschäftsbereiche. Mit ca. 44 Mitarbeitenden und einem robusten Netzwerk von Subunternehmern erzielte das Unternehmen im Geschäftsjahr 2024 einen Umsatz von ca. EUR 35 Mio. Die Übernahme wird die Präsenz von Mutares in Skandinavien weiter ausbauen und die Position auf dem nordischen Infrastruktur- und Baumarkt stärken.
