EQS-Ad-hoc: JENOPTIK AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Der Aufsichtsrat der JENOPTIK AG, Jena, hat in seiner Sitzung am 19. Dezember 2025 Daniela Mattheus einstimmig und mit Wirkung ab dem 30. Dezember 2025 zur neuen Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden gewählt. Entsprechend den Vorgaben in der Satzung der JENOPTIK AG erfolgte die Wahl für die restliche Amtsdauer des ausscheidenden Vorsitzenden Matthias Wierlacher, d.h. bis zum Ablauf der Hauptversammlung 2026.
