Berlin, 19. Dezember 2024 – Die The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (The Grounds / ISIN: DE000A2GSVV5) hat heute einen Vertrag über den Erwerb eines Einfamilienhaus-Portfolios abgeschlossen. Dabei handelt es sich um insgesamt 79 vermietete Reihen- und Doppelhäuser, die sich in Potsdam und Umgebung befinden. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 20 Millionen Euro.
