April 2025 Der Vorstand von Brockhaus Technologies AG („Brockhaus Technologies“ oder „Gesellschaft“, ISIN: DE000A2GSU42) hat heute beschlossen, die für den 25. Juni 2025 vorgesehene ordentliche Hauptversammlung zu verschieben. Hintergrund dafür sind die durch zusätzliche Prüfungshandlungen und erforderliche umfassende interne Untersuchungen ausgelösten weiter andauernden Verzögerungen bei der Abschlussprüfung des Konzernabschlusses und des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2024. Die Gesellschaft wird zu gegebener Zeit einen neuen Termin für die ordentliche Hauptversammlung bekanntgeben.
