Smartbroker Holding AG veröffentlicht vorläufige Zahlen für 2025 und Prognose für 2026 Berlin, 25. Februar 2026 – Die Smartbroker Holding AG erreichte im Geschäftsjahr 2025 nach vorläufigen und noch ungeprüften Zahlen auf Gruppenebene Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von voraussichtlich ca. € 69 Mio. (Geschäftsjahr 2024: € 52 Mio.) Damit wird der bisherige Prognosekorridor von € 65 Mio. bis € 70 Mio. eingehalten. Das konsolidierte operative EBITDA* wird voraussichtlich bei rund € 0 Mio. (Geschäftsjahr 2024: € 1,4 Mio.) und auch innerhalb des bisherigen Prognosekorridors von € -1,5 Mio. bis € 1,5 Mio. liegen. Im Bereich Transaktionen konnten ca. 77.000 Neukunden für den Smartbroker+ akquiriert werden, was leicht unter den Erwartungen der Gesellschaft liegt (bisherige Prognose: 80.000 Neukunden). Für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 erwartet der Vorstand einen Umsatz auf Gruppenebene in einer Spanne von € 67 bis 72 Mio. (Analystenschätzung: 73 Mio.) und rechnet mit einem operativen EBITDA* zwischen € -1,5 Mio. und € 1,5 Mio. (Analystenschätzung: € 4 Mio.).
