Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation nach Artikel 17 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 Smartbroker Holding AG sichert sich Betriebsmittelkreditlinie über bis zu EUR 20 Mio. Berlin, 19. August 2026 – Die Smartbroker Holding AG (ISIN: DE000A2GS609) hat heute die Zusage über einen Betriebsmittelkredit mit einem Volumen von bis zu EUR 20 Mio. zu variablen Konditionen auf Basis von EURIBOR erhalten. Die Betriebsmittelkreditlinie soll eine anfängliche Laufzeit bis zum 31. Dezember 2030 haben und mit banküblichen Sicherheiten besichert werden. Die Mittel sollen zur Finanzierung des operativen Geschäfts sowie für die Investition in das weitere Wachstum des Onlinebrokers Smartbroker+ verwendet werden. Die Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats der Smartbroker Holding AG steht noch aus und soll in den nächsten Tagen erfolgen.
