Roland Nicklaus scheidet im Frühling aus dem Vorstand der Smartbroker Holding AG aus Roland Nicklaus, Finanzvorstand (CFO) der Smartbroker Holding AG, hat den Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft darüber unterrichtet, dass er seinen aktuell bis Ende März 2024 laufenden Vorstands-Anstellungsvertrag nicht verlängern und zu diesem Datum aus dem Vorstand ausscheiden wird. Andre Kolbinger, Gründer und Vorstandssprecher (CEO) der SBH: „Wir danken Roland Nicklaus für die mehr als fünfzehnjährige, vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit und wünschen ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft. Wir freuen uns, dass Roland unserem Unternehmen auch zukünftig als Aktionär sowie als Aufsichtsrat unserer Tochter Smartbroker AG verbunden bleiben wird. Daneben steht er bei Bedarf übergangsweise in beratender Tätigkeit zur Verfügung.“ Der Aufsichtsrat nimmt die Nachfolgeregelung umgehend in die Hand. Ab April liegt das Finanzressort vorrübergehend bei Andre Kolbinger.
