Nils Hübener wird als CIO Mitglied des Vorstands der Noratis AG Eschborn, 18. Juni 2025 – Die Noratis AG (Aktie: ISIN: DE000A2E4MK4 / WKN: A2E4MK) erweitert ihren Vorstand. Der Aufsichtsrat hat Nils Hübener mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2025 und mit einer Laufzeit von 3 Jahren zum Vorstand und CIO (Chief Investment Officer) des Unternehmens bestellt. Hübener bringt über 25 Jahre internationale Erfahrung im Immobilieninvestment mit und war unter anderem als Global CIO bei BNP Paribas REIM sowie als CEO der Dr. Peters Group tätig. Im Verlauf seiner Karriere verantwortete er Transaktionen mit einem Volumen von rund 30 Milliarden Euro und das Asset Management bedeutender deutscher und internationaler Real Estate Portfolien.
