EQS-Ad-hoc: Delivery Hero SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalentscheidungen / Vorstand Berlin, 12. Mai 2026 – Niklas Östberg, Vorstandsvorsitzender („CEO“) der Delivery Hero SE („Delivery Hero“ oder die „Gesellschaft“, ISIN: DE000A2E4K43, Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse: DHER), hat sich heute mit dem Aufsichtsrat darauf verständigt, nach Abschluss eines Nachfolgeprozesses bis spätestens zum 31. März 2027 als CEO zurückzutreten. Der Aufsichtsrat wird in Kürze den Suchprozess für eine Nachfolge einleiten mit dem Ziel, den Prozess bis Ende 2026 abzuschließen. Bis zur Einsetzung eines neuen CEO wird Herr Östberg seine Position als CEO weiter ausüben und den aktuellen strategischen Überprüfungsprozess sowie die damit verbundenen M&A-Prozesse mit voller Unterstützung des Aufsichtsrats und des Vorstands leiten.
