Nach der Einbringung der Maffei & Co. GmbH in die Fonterelli SPAC 3 AG (siehe auch die Adhoc-Meldung vom 26.06.2024 und die Corporate News vom 30.09.2024) ist kürzlich die Umfirmierung der Gesellschaft und der Rechtsformwechsel beim Registergericht München eingetragen worden. Die Gesellschaft firmiert nunmehr als Maffei GmbH & Co. KGaA. In diesem Zuge ändert sich auch die Börsenkennung von Q9U auf MAF.
Über Maffei & Co. Die Maffei GmbH & Co. KGaA ist eine börsengelistete Familienholding mit Impact-Investments, die über die 100%-Tochter Maffei & Co. Holding GmbH gehalten werden. Derzeit verfügt sie über drei thematische Säulen sowie den Bereich Services: Zum Geschäftsfeld Energie & Logistik mit der enerlog AG gehört beispielsweise eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der europäischen Marktführerin für die Organisation von LKW-Verkehr, Park Your Truck GmbH, Dessau-Roßlau. Die 40%-Beteiligung terraplan GmbH bündelt Beteiligungen im Bereich Touristik & Freizeit. Hierzu zählt u.a. eine Mehrheit an der Meine Welt Reisen GmbH, Leipzig. Die Hakisa GmbH umfasst Payment-, Loyalty- und Communitylösungen. Daneben unterstützen die strategischen Beteiligungen (Bereich Services) m.partners GmbH (Managementberatung), Communicatio GmbH (IT & Technologie) sowie Maffei Ventures GmbH nicht nur die gruppeneigenen Unternehmen, sondern auch Dritte.
