Aumann gibt Aktienrückkauf mit einer Zuteilungsquote von rund 14 % bekannt
Beelen, 02. Mai 2025 Die Aumann AG ("Aumann", ISIN: DE000A2DAM03) gibt hiermit das Ergebnis des freiwilligen öffentlichen Aktienrückkaufangebots der Aumann AG an ihre Aktionäre bekannt. Der Aumann AG wurden von ihren Aktionären 9.956.853 Stückaktien im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufangebotes angedient. Das Angebot bezog sich auf insgesamt bis zu 1.434.523 Aktien der Gesellschaft. Gemäß Ziffer 3.5 der Angebotsunterlage hat die Gesellschaft von der Möglichkeit der bevorrechtigten Annahme geringer Stückzahlen bis zu 100 Stück Gebrauch gemacht. Alle weiteren Annahmeerklärungen der Aktionäre wurden, ohne Berücksichtigung von Spitzen, mit einer Zuteilungsquote von rund 13,77 % berücksichtigt. Es wurden damit insgesamt 1.434.244 Stückaktien zurück erworben, was einem Anteil von 10,00 % des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft entspricht. Das Settlement und damit die Kaufpreiszahlung an die Depotbanken wird voraussichtlich am 06. Mai 2025 erfolgen.
