Aumann erhöht Erwerbspreis des Aktienrückkaufangebots auf 17,80 € je Aktie Beelen, 22. Juni 2026 Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Aumann AG ("Aumann", ISIN: DE000A2DAM03) haben heute gemäß Ziffer 5.1 der Angebotsunterlage zum freiwilligen öffentlichen Aktienrückkaufangebot („Aktienrückkauf“) eine Erhöhung des Angebotspreises auf 17,80 € je Aktie beschlossen. Alle weiteren Bedingungen des Aktienrückkaufs bleiben unverändert. Am 05. Juni 2026 beschlossen Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat einen Aktienrückkauf von insgesamt bis zu 1.291.704 auf den Inhaber lautende Stückaktien der Aumann AG zum Preis von 16,50 € je Aktie. Die Konditionen wurden auf der Internetseite der Gesellschaft unter der Adresse www.aumann.com/investor-relations/aktienrueckkauf sowie im Bundesanzeiger (www.bundesanzeiger.de) veröffentlicht. Mit der Erhöhung des Erwerbspreises soll das Aktienrückkaufangebot auch nach der deutlichen Aktienkursentwicklung seit Angebotsveröffentlichung für alle Aktionäre attraktiv gehalten werden.
