LEHNER INVESTMENTS AG: Sonderprüfung gerichtlich angeordnet München, 4. April 2025 – Das Landgericht München I hat auf Antrag einer Aktionärin eine Sonderprüfung zu der Frage angeordnet, ob bei der LEHNER INVESTMENTS AG („LIAG", ISIN DE000A2DA406) in dem festgestellten Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 eine zu hohe Abschreibung der 100-prozentigen Beteiligung an der Lampetia Investment Engineering Ltd., Malta, (bisher Lehner Investments Engineering Ltd.) von zuvor EUR 32,6 Mio. um EUR 25,2 Mio. auf EUR 7,7 vorliegt. Zum Sonderprüfer wurde Herr Wirtschaftsprüfer Andreas Creutzmann, Landau, bestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat heute von dem Beschluss erfahren und prüft, Rechtsmittel dagegen einzulegen.
