März 2026 – Der Vorstand der net digital AG (ISIN: DE000A2BPK34, Ticker: VRL) hat heute vor dem Hintergrund der positiven Geschäftsentwicklung der vergangenen Monate und der unverändert guten Geschäftsperspektiven die Prognose für 2026 aufgestellt. Der Umsatz im laufenden Geschäftsjahr soll demnach weiter deutlich auf 48–53 Mio. Euro steigen. Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden nach noch vorläufigen ungeprüften Zahlen Erlöse von rd. 38 Mio. Euro erzielt. Trotz der Investitionen und Aufwendungen für die weitere Geschäftsexpansion wird auch mit einem weiteren Ergebnisanstieg gerechnet. Das EBITDA soll sich entsprechend 2026 auf 4,7–5,2 Mio. Euro belaufen nach 4,2 Mio. Euro im vergangenen Jahr gemäß vorläufigen Zahlen. Die positive Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung vollzieht sich auf breiter Basis über die Geschäftsbereiche der net digital AG.
